The band "The World Is Quiet Here" commissioned a video for their song "Writhing Gate" which is a truly wild sonic journey, vaguely progressive metal something something, with vocals in a range between Mike Patton (Mr. Bungle) and Will Ramos (Lorna Shore). After hearing it once I knew I'd have to dig deep into my bag of tricks to get some visuals to match the dynamic changes and experiences of the song.
The end-result of this is what I would describe as a short psy-fi odyssee.
